液态涂料中铅含量快速测定方法研究

摘要: 基于能量色散X射线荧光光谱法,建立了一种快速测定液态涂料中铅含量的快速半定量分析方法。该方法在空气氛围下,选择Ag作为滤光片,通过配制以涂料为基质的系列铅标准样品,自建了工作曲线,并实现了对实际液态涂料铅含量的半定量分析。验证结果显示:该方法避免了现有方法繁琐的前处理过程,但方法重现性、准确度、检测限等指标完全可以满足液态涂料中铅含量的快速半定量分析。

Abstract: A semi-quantitative analysis method based on energy dispersive x-ray fluorescence spectrometer(EDX) has been established to quickly detemine the lead (Pb) content in liquid paints. In air environment and with Ag optical filter, this method drafted a work curve with series standard Pb solutions in paint, then was proved and used to analy the lead (Pb) collent in real liquid paint. Test results showed that this method avoided complex pre-treatment process compared to other exiting methods, and satisfied the semi-quantitative fast defermination of Pb content in liquid paint, with good accuracy, reproducibility and test limit.
