纳米TiO2对外饰面涂层改性的试验研究

Experimental Study on Modification of External Decorative Coatings with Nano-TiO2

摘要: 用纳米TiO2对3种常用的外墙涂料进行改性,在人工加速老化环境中对改性前后涂层的性能进行对比实验研究,对涂层光泽、厚度变化进行了测试,并采用红外光谱技术对涂层的老化程度进行定量分析。结果表明:经过60d的加速老化后,未改性涂层的光泽损失率、涂层厚度损失率分别是改性涂层的2.1倍和3.1倍;FT-IR测试结果表明未改性涂层的老化程度是改性涂层的2.45倍。

Abstract: Three commonly used exterior coatings were modified with nano-TiO2. The coatings before and after the modification were studied in an artificial accelerated aging environment for comparison. The change of coating's gloss and thickness were tested. Infrared spectroscopy was used to quantitatively analyze the coatings aging degree. The results indicated that after 60 d accelerated aging, the gloss reduction and film thickness decrease of the unmodified coatings were 2. 1 and 3. 1 times of the modified coatings film respectively. FT-IR results showed that the ageing degree of unmodified coatings is 2. 45 times of the modified coatings.
