摘要: 概述了磺酸盐型水性聚氨酯的性能特点,论述了磺酸盐型WPU的类型及其制备技术。磺酸盐亲水基团的引入方式有多种,可以通过小分子扩链剂引入,也可通过含有磺酸基团的聚酯或聚醚引入,或同时采用多种方式引入;除了磺酸盐亲水基团外,还可在水性聚氨酯的分子结构中引入羧酸基团、非离子型亲水基团等,形成混合内乳化剂,可大大提高水性聚氨酯合成过程的稳定性,并降低总亲水性基团含量,从而提高WPU的耐水性及其他性能。

Abstract: The properties and characteristics of sulfonated-waterbome polyurethane(WPU) were described in this paper, with emphasis on the types and the preparation techniques of sulfonated-WPU. There are various ways to incorporate the hydrophilic sulfonate groups into polyurethane macromolecules, one of which is using small molecular chain extender with sulfonate groups, and another is using polyester or polyether polyols with sulfonate groups or both of them. In addition to hydrophilic sulfonate groups, carboxylic acid groups and/or nonionic hydrophilic groups may also be introduced simultaneously in the molecular structure of waterborne polyurethane, forming a mixed internal emulsifier, which can greatly improve the stability of synthesizing process of WPU and reduce the total content of hydrophilic groups, thus improving the water-resistance and other physical-chemical properties of WPU.
