摘要: 研究了超临界CO2对丙烯酸清漆中的主要成膜物质丙烯酸树脂物性的影响以及超临界CO2喷涂过程中各因素对雾化粒子大小的影响。FT-IR光谱说明超临界CO2的作用没有引起丙烯酸树脂中特征基团的改变。正交试验表明各因素对雾化粒子尺寸影响的顺序为:压力>CO2含量>温度。

Abstract: The effect of supercritical CO2 on the properties of acrylic resin the main film-former of acrylic varnish and the influence of various factors on the size of alomized paroticle during supercritical CO2 spray were studied in this paper. FT-IR showed supercritical CO2 brings no effect on change of the characteristic groups in the acrylic resin. Orthogonal test showed that the order of various factors on the size of atomized particles is: pressure> CO2 concentration > temperature.
