可室温固化的环氧改性钛硅树脂的制备与性能研究

Preparation and Performance Study of Ambient Curing Epoxy Modified Titanium -Contained Silicone Resin

摘要: 环氧树脂和钛硅树脂通过缩聚反应,成功制备了一系列环氧改性钛硅树脂。通过对化学改性产物的红外光谱、羟值、环氧值和相对分子质量及其分布的测定和气相色谱分析,表明2种树脂是通过羟基的脱水反应接枝而成的。对化学改性树脂的固化活性、热稳定性、机械性能、微观结构进行了分析测定,探讨了改性方法、环氧树脂含量等对材料性能的影响。结果表明:当环氧树脂和钛硅树脂的质量比为1∶1时,固化活性达到最佳,涂层在100℃下5 min实干,16℃下10 min实干。其固化物的SEM照片显示改性树脂呈均匀一相,且固化物的附着力为1级,铅笔硬度为6H,耐冲击性大于50 cm。固化物具有优异的耐高温性能,在450℃下恒温烘烤3 h,涂膜无脱落,颜色由无色变成淡黄棕色。

Abstract: A series of epoxy modified titanium-contained silicone resins were successfully prepared by polycondensation of epoxy resin and titanium contained silicone resin(TSR). IR spectrum, gas chromatography, hydroxyl value, epoxy value, relative molecular weight and distribution detemination indicated that two kinds of resins were formed graftly through the reaction of hydroxyl dehydration. The influences of modification methods and contents of epoxy resin on the material were investigated via measuring the curing activity of modified resin, thermal stability, mechanical property and microstructure of the modified materials. The results showed that the curing activity is optimal when the mass ratio of epoxy resin to TSR is 1: 1. The coating can be thoroughly dried at 100 ℃ for 5 min or dried at ambient temperature (16 ℃)for 10 min. The SEM picture of cured film showed that the modified resin is one phase. The adhesion of film is grade 1. The Pencil hardness of the film was 6 H and the impact resistance higher than 50 cm. The film will not peel off after baking al 450 ℃ for 3 h, and the color of the film tumed to light yellow brown from colorless.
