摘要: 用乙醇胺与环氧树脂开环反应在树脂分子侧链上引入伯羟基,再用马来酸酐与伯羟基开环醇解反应引入亲水性羧基,在无助剂且比较温和的条件下制得相对分子质量、羧基含量可控的自乳化水性环氧树脂。通过化学分析、红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、粒径分析等手段,对化学反应机理、产物化学结构、乳液相关性质进行了初步表征。

Abstract: Epoxy resin was reacted with ethanolamine to bring primary hydroxyl group in the side chain of epoxy resin. Then maleic anhydride was reacted with the primary hydroxyl group through alcoholysis reaction, forming the hydrophilic carboxyl group. A self-emulsified aqueous epoxy resin was thus prepared at a moderate condition without any emulsifier or additives, and the molecular weight and the content of carboxyl group could be controlled. The reaction mechanism, the chemical structure of the resultant and the were characterized by chemical analysis, FT-IR, TEM and particle size analysis.
