摘要: 以环氧树脂为母体,甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯为接枝单体,磷酸酯PAM-200为功能单体,通过自由基共聚制备了改性水性环氧树脂乳液,研究了磷酸酯单体用量对乳液及其涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:磷酸酯PAM-200引入水性环氧-丙烯酸体系后,提高了乳液涂膜在金属基材上的附着力,并且可以改善涂膜的成膜性能。

Abstract: The title waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was synthesized by graft copolymerization of epoxy resin as matrix and MAA、 BA、 St as grafting monomer, while the phosphate PAM-200 played a role as functional monomer. The effects of the amount of phosphate monomer on the properties of the emulsion and film performance were discussed. It was found that the introduction of PAM-200 improved the adhesion of the epoxy emulsion on metal substrate and film-forming performance.
