微射流法制备双阳离子化改性涂料及其应用

Preparation of Double -Cationic Modified Coatings by Microfluidiser Comminution Method and Its Application

摘要: 采用微射流法用Gemini双阳离子分散剂制备双阳离子化改性涂料。在Gemini双阳离子分散剂用量为1%,涂料用量为5%,微射流分散时间为30min,微射流分散压力为1.7×105kPa条件下制备的双阳离子化改性涂料的粒径为21.9nm,Zeta电位为32.4mV,黏度为1.3mPa·s。结果表明,双阳离子化改性涂料具有较好的贮存稳定性和酸碱稳定性,用于染色后织物的K/S值较常规未改性涂料提高了16.2%,各项牢度可以提高半级以上。

Abstract: The title double-cationic modified coatings was prepared with Gemini double -cationic dis-persant by microfluidiser comminution method. The particle size of the modified coatings was 211.9 nm. The Zeta potential 32. 4 mv and the viscosity 1. 33 x 10-3 Pa.s,when using double-cationic dispersant 1% and 1.7 x 105 kPa.s for 30 min. The data indicated that the storage stabil-ity and acid and alkali stability of the modified coatings were improved. Modified pigment were better than the common pigment. The K/S value of the fabric dyed with this coatings was increased by 16. 2%, and all the fastness values were improved by more than half grade.
