摘要: 利用环氧树脂与有机硅树脂的不相容性,制备出无溶剂可自分层固化环氧-有机硅涂层。通过对比不同环氧树脂及环氧固化剂分层效果,分析环氧树脂及环氧固化剂对无溶剂自分层涂料分层效果的影响;通过对无溶剂自分层涂料中组分/材料的表面张力、密度、相容性的研究,总结无溶剂自分层涂料的分层影响因素并探讨分层机理。

Abstract: A series of solvent-free self-stratification coatings containing two incompatible resins, epox-y and silicone, which spontaneously stratify after curing, have been prepared. The influence of different ep-oxy/curing agent on stratification results of solvent-free self-stratification coating was analyzed by assess-ing the stratification effectiveness of coatings. The influencing factors on coatings stratification and the strati-fication mechanism were also revealed by characterizing the surface tensions, specific gravity and compatibil-ity of the coatings components and coating systems.
