空心乳液的制备及其性能研究

摘要: 采用半连续滴加方法和碱溶胀后处理方法制备了 P(MAA/MMA/BA)为核、P(St/MA/BA)为壳的空心乳 液。详细研究了乳化剂的用量对粒径的影响,MAA用量、核壳比对乳液的白度和黏度的影响,并利用透射电镜对空心 乳液的微观结构进行了表征。结果表明,乳化剂用量为单体质量的1.5%时,乳胶粒粒径较小,分布较窄;MAA用量及核壳比增加,中空度增加,当 MAA用量为核单体的20%、核壳比为 1∶5时,白度达到 93.60。

Abstract: A hollow emulsion with P(MM/BA/MAA )as core and P(St/MA/BA)as shell was pre-oared by the semi-continuous polymerization and post-treatment with alkali. The micro-structure and of the hollow emulsion particle was characterized by TEM. The influence of amount of emulsifier Morphology on particle size and influence of MMA and core/shell monomer ratio on the whiteness and viscosity were dis-cussed in details. The results showed that the smaller particles and a narrow particle size distribution could be obtained when the content of emulsifier was 1. 5% of the monomers. With the increase of MAA dosage and of core/shell ratio, the hollowness improved, and when MAA was 20% in core and core/shell ratio was 1: 5. the whiteness reached 93. 60.
