摘要: 由于湿度会影响工业生产和人类生活,因此可通过调节室内空气湿度改善生产环境与生活的质量。本文 在介绍调湿材料和调湿涂料的功用、应用范围及两者相互关系基础上,对调湿涂料的最新研究进展进行了综述。调湿 涂料按成膜物类别分为无机型和有机型,概述了每种类型的组成、制备工艺、各组分的作用及特点;从成膜物、颜填料、 助剂三方面分析了涂层吸放湿原理;归纳总结了变色、光催化抗菌及其他智能型调湿涂料;指出未来调湿涂料应向实 用化、复合化、多功能、智能调控方向发展。

Abstract: Production surounding and living quality can be improved by controling humidity due to the efects of humidity.The latest progres was reviewed,in terms of the functions and the aplication fields, and the relationship betwen humidity-controling coating and humidity-controling material.Humidity- controling coating is clasified into two types acording to binders,i.e organic polymer binder and inorganic macromolecule binder.The composition,production technology,functions of ingredients,were described. The principle of moisture adsorption and liberation of coatings is analyzed based on binders,pigments,fillers and additives.Color-changed,photo-catalytic antibacterial and other smart humidity-controling coat- ings are summarized.It’s predicted that modern humidity-controling coating will be directed practical, composite,multi-functional and inteligent performance.
