HDI三聚体改性水性聚氨酯复合分散体的研究

摘要: 合成了以己二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体代替部分甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),并用环氧树脂E-20和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)复合改性的水性聚氨酯(WPU)分散体,应用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和原子力显微镜(AFM)分析了产物的结构和表面形貌,采用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)测定了聚合物的玻璃化温度。研究结果表明,随着HDI三聚体含量的增加,PU乳液的外观变好,耐黄变性改善;而E-20和MMA含量的增加使涂膜的机械性能变好,耐水性增加。当HDI三聚体、E-20和MMA的添加量分别为10.5%、5%、20%时,改性水性聚氨酯(WPU)复合分散体的综合性能较好。

Abstract: Waterborne polyurethane(WPU)dispersion was synthesized with both hexamethylene diisoyanate(HDI) trimer and toluene diisocyanate(TDI), which was modified by E-20 epoxy resin and methyl methacry late(MMA ). The molecular structure of WPU dispersion was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR ), and surface morphology of its film was tested by Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). The glass transition temperature(Tg) of polymer was measured by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). With the increasing of HDI trimer content, the appearance and yellow resistance of PU emulsion were improved. The mechanical properties and water resistance of film improved as increase of the amount E-20 and MMA. The comprehensive performance of the modified hydride waterborne polyurethane dispersion was good when the amount of HDI trimer, E-20 and MMA were 7. 5%, 5% and 20% respectively.
