摘要: 采用乳液型丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物,水稀释性羟基硅丙树脂为改性剂,甲基醚化三聚氰胺树脂为固化 剂,制备了性能优异的水性氨基烘烤涂料。当固化剂与成膜树脂的质量比为 1∶4,改性剂占成膜树脂总量的 16.7%,颜 料体积浓度为 18%时,漆膜的硬度为 2H,耐冲击性为 50cm,60°光泽 >90,附着力 1级,耐乙醇性好。并采用红外光谱 分析了其固化前后分子结构及变化。

Abstract: The title waterborne acrylic -melamine coating with good performance has been prepared by use of acrylic resin emulsion as the main film-former, water reducible hydroxyl silicone-acrylic resin as modified agent and methylated melamine resin as curing agent. When the mass ratio of curing agent and film former reaches 1: 4, the proportion of modified agent reaches 16. 7%o of the film former and PVC is 18% e hardness of the film is 2 H, impact 50 cm, 60° gloss 90, the adhesion of the film grade one and good al- cohol resistance. And the molecule structure and changes in curing process were analyzed by fourier trans form infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).
