摘要: 利用双羟基化合物对环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)进行改性,降低其黏度,再利用顺丁烯二酸酐与 EA反应引入亲 水性基团,中和成盐后制得 UV固化水性环氧树脂乳液(EB)。研究了改性剂对黏度的影响,确定了树脂的适宜反应条 件,讨论了中和剂种类、羧基含量及中和度对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:采用 PPG60作为改性剂,能显著降低乳液 的黏度。对 EB树脂的性能研究表明:随着羧基含量和中和度的提高,乳液分散性、稳定性、硬度、拉伸强度增强,但耐 水性下降。最终选择三乙胺作为中和剂,控制顺酐的投料量为 15% ~17.5%,中和度在 80% ~90%之间能得到综合性 能较好的乳液。

Abstract: A low viscosity modified epoxy acrylic resin(EA ) was prepared based on the reaction of exboxy resin and dihyvaroxyi compoundad. Maleic anhydride was used to react with the secondary hydroxyl group of the epoxy acrylic resin (EA ), forming hydrophilic groups, which was then neutralized with alkali to prepare the UV waterborne epoxy resin emulsion(EB). The effect of the modifier on the viscosity has been dis-cussed. The optimum conditions of synthetic reactions and the influence of the type of neutralization agentthe content of hydrophilic group, the degree of neutralization on the properties of the emulsions and the filmswere studied. The results showed that PPG 600 modifier can greatly reduce the viscosity of the emusionshe experimental results showed that the dispersability, stability, hardness and the tensile strength of curedfilms increased whereas the water resistance decreased with the increasing of the content of hydrophilic group, the degree of neutralization. The EB emulsion will show a better property when the content of maleic anhydride and the degree of neutralization(triethylamine as neutralizer )are 15%-17.5% and 80%~90% respectively.
