摘要: 采用无皂乳液聚合制备得到甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯 /丙烯酸 /氯丙烯(TFEMA/AA/AC)含氟丙烯酸酯共聚 物。考察了单体比例、引发剂、单体浓度、反应温度对亲水性单体 AA、疏水性单体 TFEMA和 AC的无皂乳液共聚反应 速率的影响,得到了相应的聚合速率方程:Rp=kp[M]0.48[I]0.54,聚合反应表观活化能 Ea=91.742kJ/mol,由聚合速率 方程可知引发剂用量对该体系的影响效果更大。采用摄像显微技术对该共聚物的乳液形貌进行观察,结果表明:制备 的含氟乳液的乳胶粒呈圆形,粒径分布窄。

Abstract: Fluorinated acrylate copolymer from 2, 2, 2 -trifluoroethyl methacrylate(TFEMA), acrylicid(AA) allyl chloride(AC)was synthesized via soap-free emulsion polymerization. The effects of mola ratios of monomers, concentrations of initiator and the monomers, as well as the reaction temperatures on the kinetics of soap -free emulsion copolymerization of water-soluble monomer acrylic acid(AA)and hydro hobic monomer 2, 2, 2 -trifluoroethyl methacrylate(TFEMA )and allyl chloride(AC )was investigated. The
results showed that the copolymerization rate equation could be expressed as Rp=kp[M]0.48[I]0.54. The apparent activation energy was 91. 742 kJ /mol. From the copolymerization rate equation it could be found that the dosage of initiator has more influence on the reaction system. The surface morphology of the copolymers was characterized by microscope; It was found that the latex particles showed a spherical shape and narrowparticle size distribution.
