纳米改性SiO2填料对光固化涂料耐腐蚀性的影响

Influence of Modification of Nano SiO2 Filer on Corosion Resistance of UV-Coatings

摘要: 用偶联剂 6040对纳米 SiO2表面进行了改性,并将改性后的 SiO2加入到有机硅改性环氧丙烯酸酯中,制得光固化涂层。用 XRD、FT-IR对改性后的纳米 SiO2进行了表征;用 SEM、EIS技术考察了填料改性对光固化涂层耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:改性后SiO2由晶态转变为非晶态;并且改性后SiO2的表面带有偶联剂的特征基团;填料改性后在光固化涂层中的分散性良好,涂层耐腐蚀性大大提高。

Abstract: The title nano-Si02, was modified by coupling agent 6040, and a Uv-coatings with modified Si02 filler was prepared by adding the modified SiO2 into silicone modified epoxy acrylate. The modified nano-Si02, was characterized by XRD, FT-IR. The influence of nano Si02 filler modification on the UV-coatings was investigated by SEM and EIS. The results showed that the modification lead the crystalline nano Si02, to amorphous, and the modified nano Si02, was attached with the characteristic group of the coupling agent 6040. The modified nano Si02 could be well-dispersed in UV coatings and the corrosion resistance of the coating was increased greatly.
