薄膜蒸发器分离聚氨酯固化剂中游离 TDI的研究

摘要: 在采用高真空两级薄膜蒸发器分离 TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)-TMP(三羟甲基丙烷)固化剂中的游离 TDI 的小试基础上,进行了中试研究。对影响分离的主要因素进行了探讨,确定了较优的中试操作条件。并对设备进行了 改造,成功实现了连续性生产。分离后的固化剂用溶剂稀释,所得产物游离 TDI含量小于 0.5%,—NCO含量大于 12.8%,固含量大于 75%,达到了分离的目的。

Abstract: Pilot trials for separating residual TDI from TDI-TMP curing agent by means of two-steps thin film evaporator were performed based on the results of laboratory experiment. Major factors influencing separation are studied, and optimal pilot trial conditions are determined. The production equipments were reconstrncted to realize the continuous production. The curing agent was finally diluted by solvent with free TDI content of less than 0. 5% and NCO% over 12.8%, which means the residual TDI is effectively separa ted
