摘要: 为了适应水性光固化体系的快速发展,设计并合成了一种水性可聚合光引发剂。这种光引发剂的分子结 构中含有双键与羧基,使光引发剂同时具有了可聚合性与水溶性。利用该光引发剂的可聚合性与水溶性,制备了一种 在聚合物分子结构中同时含有光引发基团与光交联基团的水性乳液光固化体系,这种水性光固化乳液无需外加光引 发剂,而且其漆膜经紫外光固化之后具有优良的漆膜性能。

Abstract: Because of the rapiddevelopment of water-based UV-curable systems,a novel waterborne and polymerizable photoinitiator was designed and synthesized.This photoinitiator consists of double bond and carboxyl group,therefore it is polymerizable and watersoluble.In adition,a novel UV-curable emul- sion,in which both UV-initiation and UV-curable groups exist,was prepared,and the UV cured emul- sion membranes exhibit excelent properties.
