摘要： 介绍了纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)的生产现状和几种主要制备方法,通过对几种制备方法的比较,提出了以硫酸法 TiO2生产的中间产物硫酸氧钛 (TiOSO4)或偏钛酸 (H2TiO3) 为原料, 采用均匀沉淀法制备纳米 TiO2的工艺路线。研究了相关的工艺过程及反应条件、水解产物的洗涤和金红石型纳米TiO2的煅烧,对存在的问题和今后的研究方向进行了讨论。

Abstract: The presentm anufacture situation of nano- TiO2 and severalmanu facture methods were introduced.Through comparison of several manufacture methods,the technological route of the manufacture of nano- TiO2 by homogeneous precipitation method,based on TiOSO4 or H2TiO3 as rawmaterials which are semifinished products during the production of TiO2 by sulfuric method,was presented.The techical process,reaction condition,washinghydro lysate and calcination of rutile typenano- TiO2 were investigated,and the existing problems and future development were discussed.
