摘要: 根据溶胶 - 凝胶原理, 采用聚酯二元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA )、钛酸四丁酯(TET)制备了水性聚氨酯 - 纳米 TiO2复合乳液。FT - IR 分析表明, TiO2的吸收峰出现蓝移现象; 复合乳液的平均粒径为 100 nm, 电解质稳定性有一定的改善。

Abstract: The waterborne polyurethane- nano TiO2 compound emulsion was prepared by the reaction of tetrabutyltitanate ( TET) with polyesterdio,l dimethylol propionic acid ( DMPA),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) based on the principle of sol- gel process. FT- IR analysis shows the blue shift of the absorptionpeak of TiO2.The average particle size of the compound emulsion is about 100 nm. Electrolyte stability ofthe emulsion is improved.
