摘要: 以过硫酸钾为引发剂, 丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸甲酯为单体, 并加入纳米二氧化硅粉体, 采用无皂乳液聚合法制备丙烯酸树脂 /SiO2纳米复合涂饰剂。研究单体配比、pH 值、引发剂用量及温度对乳液性能和聚合物膜的物理机械性能的影响; 采用红外光谱和透射电镜对无皂乳液和纳米复合涂饰剂进行检测, 并对无皂乳液和纳米复合涂饰剂膜进行了 DSC测试。

Abstract: Acrylic resin coating agentwas prepared through soap-free polymerization,in which potass-ium peroxodisulfatew as used as in itiator,AA,BA,MA were chosen asmonomers.The effect of proportion ofmonomer,pH value,dosage of in itiato r and temperature on mechanical properties of coatings film were investigated,and nano- S iO2 powderwas added as filler.IR and TEM were used to characterize the structureof emulsion and nano compound coatings. The film of soap- free emulsion and compound coatings were tes-ted by use of DSC.
