纳米TiO2- XNX光催化剂的特性及其在净化空气功能性内墙涂料中的甲醛分解动力学研究

The Characteristics of Nano- TiO2- X NX Photocatalyst and Study on Kinetics of Formaldehyde Decomposition in Air Purification Functional Interior Paint

摘要: 以新型的纳米复合功能粉体 TiO2- X NX为光催化剂, 对传统内墙涂料进行改性。采用紫外 - 可见分光光度法、XRD、TEM 等手段表征了样品形态结构和光吸收特性。粉体样品为锐钛型结构, 粒径约为 20 nm, 光吸收阈值从387 nm 红移至 520 nm 左右。通过不同纳米 TiO2- X NX粉体含量的涂料的甲醛分解试验可得到甲醛分解率都在 80% 以上, 特别是粉体含量 3% 时分解率超过 90% 。甲醛分解数据的动力学研究表明符合一级反应动力学。

Abstract: A nove l composite nano- TiO2- XNX is developed as photocatalyst to modify the interior wallpaint.The morphology and optical absorption property are characterized by UV - Vis, XRD,and TEM,which ind icates that its average diame ter is about 20 nm and the majority crystal is ana tase. Its optica l absorption threshold shifts from 387 nm to 520 nm sign ificantly. The forma ldehyde decomposition percentage ofthe nano- pa int containing d ifferent dosage of nano- T iO2- X NX can almost reach to above 80%, especially that of the paint containing 3% (w/w) exceeds 90% .The investigation on its kinetics ind icates the experiment data fit wellwith the first- order reactionk inetics.
