Industrial R & D of Waterborne Polyurethane Coating Resins:Insights from Product Lines and Iterations of Top Global Companies

摘要: 【目的 /意义】旨在剖析水性聚氨酯涂料树脂的工业研究与开发现状并展望其未来发展趋势。【分析/评论 /进展】通过系统分析全球头部企业的商业化产品线及其产品迭代历程,深入探究了该领域的工业技术现状。依据商品化水性聚氨酯树脂的分类体系,重点从热塑性、羟基功能化、自交联型以及辐射固化型水性聚氨酯树脂 4个维度,详细论述了其工业技术开发进展与实际应用场景。【结论 /展望】水性聚氨酯涂料树脂的工业研发呈现出高度务实的特征,低碳、环保与高性能是其核心的发展导向。

Abstract: [Objective/Significance]This paper aims to analyze the current status of industrial R & D of waterborne polyurethane coating resins and prospect its future development trends.[Analysis/Discussion/Progress]Through a systematic analysis of the commercial product lines andproduct iteration histories of leading global companies,the current status of industrial technology in this field was deeply explored. Based on the classification system of commercialized WPU resins,the industrial technology development progress and practical application scenarios were discussed indetail,focusing on four dimensions:thermoplastic,self-crosslinking,hydroxyl-functionalized,and radiation-curable WPU resins.[Conclusion/Prospect]The industrial R & D of WPU coating resins exhibits highly pragmatic characteristics,with low-carbon,eco-friendly,and high-performance orientations serving as the core development directions.
