有机硅改性潜固化型单组分聚氨酯的制备及性能

摘要: 为提高单组分聚氨酯材料的低温柔顺性与疏水性,通过溶液聚合法,在潜固化型单组分聚氨酯预聚物中引入端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS-OH),制备了有机硅改性潜固化型单组分聚氨酯材料。通过红外光谱、动态力学分析和拉伸性能测试等研究方法,探讨了不同 PDMS-OH添加比例对改性聚氨酯材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着 PDMS-OH添加比例的升高,改性聚氨酯材料的阻尼因子升高,玻璃化转变温度向低温方向移动;虽然材料的拉伸强度有所下降,但断裂伸长率明显升高;接触角增大,吸水率下降。有机硅改性的单组分聚氨酯材料以其优异的低温柔顺性与疏水性,拓宽了材料的使用温域,改善了材料的使用条件。

Abstract: To improve the low-temperature flexibility and hydrophobicity of one-component polyurethane, hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS-OH) was introduced into latent curing one-component polyurethane prepolymer through solution polymerization to prepare silicone modified latent curing one-component polyurethane material. The effects of the addition ratio of PDMS-OH on the properties of modified polyurethane materials were investigated by infrared spectroscopy,dynamic mechanical analysis and tensile performance test. The results showed that the damping factor of themodified polyurethane material increased and the glass transition temperature shifted towardslow temperature with the increase of the PDMS-OH addition ratio. Although the tensile strength of the material decreased,the elongation at break increased. The contact angle increased and the water absorption decreased. Therefore,the silicone modified one-componentpolyurethane showed the wider application temperature range and improved service conditionfor its excellent low-temperature flexibility and hydrophobicity.
