Abstract:
[Purpose/Significance] As a low energy consumption and environmentally friendlycoating process,electron beam(EB)radiation curing technology indicated great significance to replacethe traditional thermal curing process in the field of coil coating.[Analysis/Comments/Progress] This article systematically elaborated on the differences between EB and UV curing mechanisms,and analyzed and compared the difference between EB/UV curing systems and existing heat-curing coatingsystems. The article focused on the current industrial application status of radiation-cured coatings forPCM panels,and pointed out the current technical challenges and problems,including the adhesion, gloss control,process control and so on.[Conclusion/Prospect] Future research should focus on building a collaborative innovation system of“material-coatings-equipment-process”to accelerate the ecological construction of industrial chain,so as to give full play to the strategic value of this technologyin achieving the“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”goal.

摘要: 【目的/意义】电子束(EB)辐射固化技术作为一种低能耗、环境友好型涂装工艺,对于卷材涂料领域替代传统热固化工艺而言具有重要意义。【分析/评论/进展】系统阐述了 EB与 UV固化机理的区别,分析和对比了 EB/UV固化体系与现有热固涂料体系的差别。着重介绍了目前卷材辐射固化涂料的工业化应用现状,并指出当前面临的技术挑战和问题,包括层间附着力、光泽和生产控制等。【结论/展望】未来研究应着力构建“材料-涂料-设备-工艺”协同创新体系,加速产业链生态建设,从而充分发挥该技术在实现“双碳”目标中的战略价值。
