Abstract:  This article conducted a systematic physicochemical analysis and thermogravimetric analysis of the carton filter paint waste residue. The analysis found that thecarton filter paint waste residue had the characteristics of low moisture content,high calorific value,easy pyrolysis and high weight loss rate. Based on current policies and regulations,a continuous pyrolysis and weight reduction pyrolysis disposal for carton filter paint wasteresidue was proposed,which was implemented on-site in combination with existing processesin the painting workshop. This could achieve source reduction and resource utilization of paintwaste residue,with good economic and environmental benefits.

摘要: 为实现涂料废渣的源头减量与资源化利用,降低企业危废处置成本,文章对纸盒式涂料废渣进行了系统的理化分析和热重分析,分析发现纸盒式涂料废渣具有含湿率低、热值高、易热解及质量损失率高等特点。结合当前政策法规,提出了一种在涂装车间内与现有工艺结合,就地实施的纸盒式涂料废渣连续热解减质量处置技术,可实现涂料废渣的源头减量与资源化利用,具有良好的经济和环境效益。
