摘要: 为替代目前漆托蜡工艺中常用的溶剂型漆,提升硬木家具的环保性,本研究以大果紫檀为基材,以水性漆打底开展漆托蜡工艺优化实验。实验分砂光工艺与涂饰工艺两部分进行,以涂层光泽、表面粗糙度及耐磨性为评价指标,确定水性漆托蜡工艺的优化参数。结果表明:白坯砂光所用砂纸选择 120目/180目,底漆砂光选择 240目,面漆砂光选择 400目/600目,底漆涂布量为 80 g/m2,面漆涂布量为 20 g/m2,烫蜡量为 45 g/m2时,所得涂层具有优良的装饰性和保护性。优化工艺对阔叶黄檀、巴里黄檀、榉木等木材亦适用。
