Application and Applicability Analysis of Waterborne Coatings in Petrochemical Enterprise

水性涂料在炼化企业应用的现状及适用性分析

Abstract: Waterborne coatings was an important direction for environmentally friendly development. A systematic evaluation and analysis of waterborne coatings were conducted based on the advantages and disadvantages of products,performance characteristics,field application results and comprehensive costs of waterborne coatings. The results indicated that waterborne coating with a service life of over 3 years have been pulverization,and the degree of pulverization of the coating increased with the extension of service life. The average price of waterborne coatings was 41. 7% higher than that of solvent based coatings of the same type,and the cost of anticorrosive engineering projects using waterborne coatings was 13. 0% higher than that using solvent based coatings. Quality control measures about key links such as raw materials,construction environment,painting process,and completion inspection were proposed. The application scope of waterborne coatings in the petrochemical field was clarified. All the above provides practical data and technical support for the application ofwaterborne coatings in the petrochemical industry.

摘要: 水性涂料是绿色环保化的一个重要方向,通过从产品的优劣势、性能特点、现场应用效果和综合成本等方面对水性涂料进行系统评估和分析,结果表明:服役 3a以上的水性防腐涂层均出现不同程度的粉化,且随着服役年限的延长,涂层的粉化程度变高;水性涂料较同类型的溶剂型涂料价格平均高 41. 7%,防腐工程项目采用水性涂料较采用溶剂型涂料费用增加 13. 0%。从原材料、施工环境、涂装工序及完工检查等关键环节提出质量控制措施,明确了水性涂料在石化领域应用的可行性和适用范围,为水性涂料在石化行业的应用提供实践数据和技术支撑。
