固相萃取 -液相色谱串联质谱法测定油墨中 12种光引发剂

Abstract: A method using solid-phase extraction(SPE)combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) was developed for thedetermination of 12 photoinitiators in food contact inks. The samples were dissolved in ethylacetate and polymer matrix was precipitated with acetonitrile. After filtration,the extract liquid was purified with an Hypersep Retain PEP column,separated on a Hypersil GOLD C18column using acetonitrile-0. 1% formic acid solution as mobile phase by gradient elution,and detected accurately by HPLC-MS/MS in ESI+ multi-reaction monitoring mode. The LOQs of 12 photoinitiators were 8. 0~800. 0 μg/kg and recoveries ranged from 83. 3% to 98. 5% with good RSDs in the range of 0. 7%-12. 6%(n=6). 13 types of sales ink samples were tested,and 6 kinds of photoinitiators were detected among 6 samples. The method owned simple operation, rapid analysis and less interference factors,could provide credible analysis for 12 photoinitiators in food contact inks.

摘要: 建立了固相萃取结合液相色谱串联质谱法检测食品包装用油墨中 12种光引发剂的分析方法。样品用乙酸乙酯溶解,加入乙腈沉淀剂将高聚物基体沉淀后离心去除,提取液经 Hypersep Re. tain PEP固相萃取柱净化,采用乙腈 .0. 1%甲酸梯度洗脱, Hypersil GOLD C18色谱柱分离,电喷雾正离子多反应监测模式检测。 12种光引发剂的定量限为 8. 0~800. 0 μg/kg,加标回收率为 83. 3%~98. 5%,RSD值为 0. 7%~12. 6%(n=6)。 13份市售样品中 6份样品有检出,检出物涉及 6种光引发剂。该方法操作简单、干扰因素少、分析速度快,满足食品包装用油墨中 12种光引发剂的分析要求。
