商用车涂装线低 VOC涂料源头替代减排技术

Abstract: With the increasing stringent of the environmental regulation,the commercial vehicle coating lines are faced replacement of raw materials of low VOC coatings. According to the newly issued national standard GB24409-2020“Limit of harmful substances of vehicle coatings”and GB/T 38597—2020“Technical requirement for low-volatile-organic-compound-content coatings product”,this paper,demonstrated with a coating line for the cab of commercial vehicle as an example,analyzed the total VOC emission of normal solid solvent-based coatingsafter treatment of waste gas by using the material balance approach. The factors that influence the VOC emission for high solid and water-based coatings were compared,which would provide a valuable contribution for the renovation of existing coating lines or newly established lines.

摘要: 随着环保法规的日趋严格,商用车涂装线面临着低 VOC涂料源头替代的选择。本文根据新国标 GB 24409—2020《车辆涂料中有害物质限量》和 GB/T 38597—2020《低挥发性有机物含量涂料产品技术要求》,以某公司商用车驾驶室涂装线实际转型路线选择为案例,结合废气处理技术,运用物料衡算法,分析了传统的常规固含溶剂型涂料与废气处理技术组合后的排放总量,对比了高固涂料与水性涂料对 VOCs排放总量的影响因素。对于老涂装线转型改造或者新建线涂料的选择具有指导意义。
