桐油基聚氨酯的制备及表征

Abstract: In order to simplify the purification process of tung oil-based alcohol for preparation of high-quality tung oil-based polyurethane,the tung oil based polyurethane(TOBP) was prepared through a first transesterification reaction of tung oil and methanol forming tung
oil based fatty acid methyl ester(ME), which was then esterified(second transestrification) with 1,4-butanediol forming the tung oil based alcohol(TOBA). It was finally reacted with isophorone diisocyanate to synthesis the tung oil based polyurethane. The structure and properties of the product were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA). The results showed that the synthesized material was the target product,the content of tung oil based alcohol was increased,and the heat resistance,water resistance,tensile strength and hardness of cured film were improved,but the elongation at break reduced slightly. The prepared tung oil-based polyurethane conformed to the requirements of national standard for general primer used in interior decorative solventborne polyurethane wood coatings.

摘要: 为简化桐油基醇的提纯工艺,制备高品质的桐油基聚氨酯。通过桐油、甲醇第一次酯交换反应合成了桐酸脂肪酸甲酯( ME)以 ME为原料通过与 1,4-丁二醇进行二次酯交换得桐油基醇(TOBA);最后以 TOBA为原料与异佛尔,酮二异氰酸酯反应制备了桐油基聚氨酯( TOBP)。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪( FT-IR)、热重分析仪( TGA)等对产品的结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明:合成物质为目标产物;提高桐油基醇的含量,固化膜的耐热性、耐水性及硬度均提高,拉伸强度增大,断裂伸长率有所降低;制备的桐油基聚氨酯溶液符合室内装饰装修用溶剂型聚氨酯木器涂料中通用底漆国家标准的要求。
