环保型无溶剂低表面处理石墨烯重防腐涂料的制备与性能研究

Abstract: In this paper,an environmentally friendly solvent-free low surface tolerantgraphene heavy-duty anticorrosive coating was prepared. The effect of incorporation ofgraphene on the corrosion resistance of the coatings was studied. The influence mechanism ofthe graphene on the coating performance was analyzed,and the optimal dosage of graphene inthe coatings system was also determined. The corrosion resistance of the coatings was studiedby electrochemical impedance,polarization curve,adhesion and salt spray resistance test. Theresults showed that the coatings provided an excellent corrosion property because of a very lowcorrosion current and a high initial impedance value. It remianed excellent corrosion propertiesafter being artificially simulated test. It could be used as a solvent-free coatings,with low VOC emissions and could be applied on rusted or low surface to lerantsubstrates with long-termcorrosion protection.

摘要: 制备了一种环保型无溶剂低表面处理石墨烯重防腐涂料,研究了石墨烯添加量对涂料耐腐蚀性的影响,分析了其对涂料性能的影响机理,确定了在涂料体系中石墨烯的最优添加量。并通过电化学交流阻抗、极化曲线、附着力以及耐盐雾测试等研究了涂料的耐腐蚀性。结果表明:该涂料拥有很小的腐蚀电流和很高的初始阻抗值,展现出优异的防腐蚀性能,经人工模拟腐蚀环境处理后,仍然可以维持优秀的防腐蚀性能。此外,该涂料作为一种无溶剂型涂料,具有较低的 VOC排放量同时可实现在带锈表面或低表面处理的基材上涂装,防腐期效长。
