Abstract:

Eight kinds of fluorine resins including polytetrafluoro ethylene (PTFE), fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP), polytrifluorochloroethylene (PCTFE), fluoroethylene/vinyl ether (FEVE), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) copolymers, ethylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene (ECTFE) copolymers, and tetrafluoro ethylene and perfluoroalkoxy alkane (PFA) copolymers were introduced in terms of their structure, physical and chemical properties as well as anticorrosive performance. In addition, their applications in metal pipes and facilities of chemical industry were described. The applications of the fluororesin coatings in petrochemical industry were also introduced.

综述了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯与六氟丙烯的共聚物(FEP)、聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)、氟烯烃和烷基乙烯基醚(酯)共聚物(FEVE)、聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、乙烯与四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)、乙烯与三氟氯乙烯共聚物(ECTFE)、四氟乙烯与全氟甲基乙烯基醚的共聚物(PFA)这8种常见的氟树脂的结构特点、物理和化学性能、耐腐蚀性以及在化工金属管道和设备防腐领域中的应用。讨论了不同氟树脂的应用特点,详细介绍了氟树脂涂料在石油化工领域的应用。
