Abstract:
The basic structure and location of the skid on the coating line have been introduced. The feasibility of the new body in white operated on the existing skid is discussed. In particular, the effects of location hole and height difference of new product on the universal operation of the existing skid are investigated. Meanwhile, the universal operation of multiple products on the skid is studied. This research is significant for reduction of production cost and acceleration of new product commercialization.

摘要:
介绍了涂装滑橇的基本结构及定位方式;讨论了不同白车身尺寸的新产品在现有线体滑橇上的共用可能性。重点对新产品的定位孔形式、前后定位孔高度差对滑橇共用性的影响以及多个产品滑橇共用性进行了推理分析和计算,对降低主机厂生产成本、加速新产品投放市场有着十分重要的现实意义。
