Abstract:
The application of the electroplating effect powder coatings for wheel hub has been described. The effects of carboxyl polyester, epoxy, leveling agent and special additives on the film properties are analyzed. The properties of the wheel hub are tested by spraying transparent acrylic powder. In addition, the possibility of electroplating effect powder coatings substituting automotive silver paint for the wheel hub is discussed.

摘要:
介绍了电镀银特效粉末涂料在铝轮毂上的应用,分析了配方中羧基聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、流平剂、银粉特效排列助剂等对涂层性能的影响,通过表面罩丙烯酸透明粉对轮毂进行力学性能检测和涂膜性能测试,并解决相应的问题,进一步探讨底面合一电镀效果粉末涂料代替汽车银漆在施工上的可能性。
