Abstract:
The application of two kinds of conductive agents in heavy-duty anti-corrosive coatings is compared by several parallel tests. The influence of the conductive agents on the performance and compatibitity of the coating was analyzed emphatically. It is concluded that the amount of quaternary ammonium salt compound conductive agent is relatively low, and the storage stability of the resulted lacquer solution is good. Whereas, the ammonium salt compound conductive agent can only be added in the curing agent of the epoxy system. The test results of acid and alkali resistance, artificial accelerated aging, resistance to seawater and salt spray resistance further show that the quaternary ammonium compound conductive agent has little effect on the paint system as compared to the ammonium salt compound conductive agent, and it is more suitable for heavy-duty anti-corrosive coatings.

摘要:
通过几个平行试验,对比了2种导电剂在重防腐涂料中的应用情况,分析了导电剂对涂层配套性的影响。导电剂对涂料的影响研究表明:季铵盐类化合物导电剂使用量相对较少,涂料的贮存稳定性较好;而铵盐类化合物导电剂在环氧体系中仅可加于固化剂中。耐酸碱性、耐人工加速老化性、耐海水性和耐盐雾性等测试结果进一步表明:相对于铵盐类化合物导电剂,季铵盐类化合物导电剂对涂层的配套性影响较小,更适用于重防腐涂料。
