等离子体处理对水性涂层缺陷腐蚀失效影响的研究

Abstract:

The air plasma treatment on metal substrate has been used to improve the service life and corrosion resistance performance of alkyd varnish coatings (AVCs). Characterization methods such as the depth from defocus method,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning Kelvin probe testing (SKP) are adopted to characterize and analysis the coating failure process. Experiment results show that the plasma treatment can enhance the protective performance of coating and inhibit coating failure.

摘要:

通过对金属基体的等离子体处理,可以提高涂层使用寿命并提高涂层防护质量。通过三维共聚焦光学测试、电化学交流阻抗测试(EIS)和扫描开尔文探针测试(SKP)等手段表征了涂层失效过程。结果表明:等离子体表面处理对水性醇酸清漆涂层缺陷腐蚀失效有着明显的延缓作用,提高了涂层的使用寿命和综合性能。
