轨道车辆涂装VOCs废气治理技术的探讨

Abstract:

The status and characteristic of organic waste gas in the painting process for railway transportation vehicles were analyzed. The principle, equipment composition, process, technical characteristic of the zeolite wheel concentration in series with catalytic oxidation system and its application in waste gas treatment of railway vehicle painting were introduced. In addition, an example was given to analyze the application effect of this system in a railway vehicle painting workshop.

摘要:

分析了轨道交通车辆涂装工艺中有机废气的现状、特点及其治理工艺的选择,重点介绍了沸石浓缩转轮串联催化氧化系统的原理、设备构成、工艺流程、技术特点及在轨道车辆涂装废气治理中的应用,并以实例分析了该系统在某轨道交通涂装车间的应用效果。
