植物油基紫外光固化涂料研究进展

Abstract: Using renewable vegetable oils as raw materials, the UV curable coatings based on UV curing technology characterized by high efficiency, low energy consumption and extremely low VOC emissions have drawn much concern. In this article, the research progress in the vegetable oil-based UV curable coatings have been introduced in aspects of various vegetable oils including drying oils, thiol-ene coupling vegetable oils, (meth)acrylated vegetable oils, maleic anhydride modified vegetable oils and epoxidized vegetable oils, etc, moreover, the prospect of the vegetable oil-based UV curable coatings has been described.

摘要: 植物油基紫外光(UV)固化涂料以可再生的植物油为原料,结合具有高效、节能、环保等特点的 UV 固化技术,已受到业界的广泛关注,并且取得了一定的研究进展。 文章从干性油、巯基-烯结合植物油、(甲基)丙烯酸酯植物油、马来酸酐改性植物油、环氧植物油等方面介绍了国内外植物油基 UV 固化涂料的研究进展及发展趋势。
