膨胀型防火涂层老化与接触角的相关性研究

Abstract: In order to study the aging properties of intumescent flame-retardant coatings,a new method for predicting the fire resistance time of fire retardant coating has been provided.The relativity between the contact angle with the aging rate of the flameretardant coatings is investigated. The results show that the fire resistance time and contact angle of two kinds of coatings decrease obviously with the increase of the aging cycle. Under the accelerated aging conditions, the contact angles of the two kinds of coatings show a linear relationship with the aging rate.

摘要: 为研究膨胀型防火涂料涂层耐老化性能,为实际工程中防火涂料耐火时间的预测提供新思路,实验探究了涂层接触角大小与膨胀型防火涂料老化率的关系。 研究发现:水基型、溶剂型 2 种涂料涂层的耐火时间和接触角随着老化周期的增加均明显下降;加速老化条件下,2 种涂层接触角与老化率呈线性关系。
