氧化石墨烯 / 聚偏氟乙烯复合涂层的机械性能与防腐性研究

Abstract: A graphene oxide was synthesized by modified Hummers method. A graphene oxide/PVDF composite coating was fabricated by spin-coating process. The characterization and analysis of the graphene oxide was carried out by AFM and FT-IR. The mechanical properties of the composite coating was tested and the fracture morphology was characterized by SEM. The anticorrosive properties of composite coating was tested. The results showed that graphene oxide sheets was prepared as a single layer with a large number of oxygen-containing functional groups; Both the mechanical properties and anticorrosive properties increased with the increasing content of graphene oxide first, and then decreased. As graphene oxide content reached 0.5%, the tensile strength and elongation at break of composite coating reached a maximum(e.g, 83. 63 MPa and 389%) which increased by 25% and 31% respectively as compared with pure PVDF coating, meanwhile the impedance modulus of the composite coating increased by 1. 4 magnitude as compared with pure PVDF coating, enabling an optimal ancorrosive property.

摘要: 采用改进 Hummers 法合成氧化石墨烯,经旋涂制备氧化石墨烯/ 聚偏氟乙烯复合涂层。利用原子力显微镜(AFM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)表征氧化石墨烯;测定了复合涂层的机械性能,并借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM) 观察断口形貌;同时测试了复合涂层的防腐性能。 结果表明,氧化石墨烯片层为单层且含有大量含氧官能团;复合涂层的机械性能和防腐性能都随氧化石墨烯含量的增加呈现先增后减的趋势。 当氧化石墨烯含量为 0.5%时,复合涂层的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率达到最大值(分别为 83.63MPa 和 389%),分别比纯聚偏氟乙烯膜高 25%和 31%;同时复合涂层的防腐性能最佳,比纯聚偏氟乙烯涂层的阻抗模值高 1.4个数量级。
