Abstract:

This article introduces the development of the thermosetting fluorocarbon powder coatings, analyzes the influence of the major components (e.g., fluorocarbon powder resin, curing agent, degassing agent ) on yellowing property and watermarks on surface of powder coating during the curing process, and particularly discusses the influence of high temperature and humidity, production technology, baking curing conditions on the yellowing property and watermarks. Thus, technical methods to resolve effectively the problems of yellowing and watermarks of fluorocarbon powder coating have been provided.

摘要: 文章介绍了热固性氟碳粉末涂料发展现状;分析讨论了氟碳粉末树脂、固化剂、除气剂等主要配方组分及其在涂层烘烤固化过程中对涂膜黄变和水纹影响;探讨了高温高湿生产环境、生产工艺、烘烤固化工艺条件对涂膜黄变和水纹影响;提出了改善和有效解决热固性氟碳粉末涂膜黄变和水纹的技术方法。
