Abstract:
Basalt fabric and basalt glass powder are used as the enhancing materials for solvent-free epoxy coatings. The effects of basalt fabric types and basalt glass powder dosage on the mechanical properties, water resistance and abrasion resistance of film are investigated,showing that no significant effects are observed via the analysis of variance.

摘要: 采用连续玄武岩长丝织物和玄武岩玻璃( 即黑宝石) 粉体共同作为改性增强材料,应用于无溶剂环氧玻璃鳞片涂料中,给出了涂膜的力学性能、耐水性及耐磨性能变化曲线。 通过二元方差分析,发现玄武岩织物的种类和黑宝石粉体的含量对涂料的性能影响不显著。 实验发现,玄武岩织物和黑宝石粉体的加入能有效提高涂料的拉伸强度和耐水性。
