非电晕处理光学级BOPET预涂膜用水性在线涂布液的制备及性能研究

Abstract: The waterborne online coating solution for precoated adhesive film of optical BOPET untreated by corona was prepared by using aqueous polyurethane dispersion as film former in addition to waterborne blocked isocyanate curing agents, surface wetting agent, anti blocking agents and defoamer. The effects of film former, curing agents, additives and solid content on the properties of the coating solution and precoated film thereof were studied. The results showed that the waterborne coating solution could meet the technological requirements of the online coating process. The precoated film exhibited excellent optical performance and apparent state. Meanwhile, it exhibited good adhesion performance with non corona treated optical BOPET and many functional coatings under high temperature and high humidityment.

摘要: 采用水性聚氨酯树脂为主要成膜物,与水性封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂、表面润湿助剂、防粘连剂以及消泡剂等配合,制备了非电晕处理光学级双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET)预涂膜用水性在线涂布液。研究了主要成膜物、交联剂、各类助剂以及涂布液固含量等对涂布液及其预涂膜性能的影响。研究表明:该水性涂布液能够满足在线涂布的工艺要求。采用该涂布液制备的预涂膜具有优异的光学性能和表观状态,与非电晕处理光学级BOPET以及表面多种功能性涂层在高温高湿环境下均具有良好的附着性能。
