Abstract:
A half ester AEOEA was synthesized by the ring opening reaction of HEA and MA, then a trifunctional linear monomers AEHMPM with high activity was synthesized by the ring-opening reaction of half ester AEOEA and glycidyl methacrylate(GMA). The effects of initiator type, initiator concentration and different light intensity on photopolymerization of monomer were carried out through real-time infrared spectroscopy (RT-IR). The storage modulus(E)and the glass transition temperature(T)of the cured material was detected by dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA). The result showed that the monomer exhibited better polymerization rate, conversion of the double bond and crosslink density than the commercial trimethylolpropane triacrylate.

摘要: 采用丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)与马来酸酐(MA)的开环反应得到半酯AEOEA,再通过半酯AEOEA与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的开环反应得到一种三官能团直链高活性单体AEHMPM。通过实时红外(RT-IR)检测了引发剂种类、引发剂浓度以及不同光强对AEHMPM光聚合的影响;用动态力学分析仪(DMA)检测了AEHMPM固化后材料的储能模量E’和玻璃化转变温度(Tg)。测试结果表明:AEHMPM的聚合速率、双键转化率及其固化后的交联密度均优于商业化的三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)。
