Abstract:
According to the characteristics of the steel structure factory, a series of comparative experiments had been made in terms of selection of waterborne alkyd resin, corrosion inhibitor and surfactant. Finally the waterborne alkyd resin with oil length of 53%~56% was mixed with alkaline earth metal sulfonate salt corrosion inhibitor and the oil emulsifier mainly containing sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to form a waterborne alkyd antirust paint for large-size steel structures. This paint showed the balanced properties including wettability, coatability, drying, anticorrosion and water resistance, and had been industrialized.

摘要: 针对钢结构厂用防锈漆的特点,从水性醇酸树脂、缓蚀剂、表面活性剂的选择方面进行了试验对比。最终采用油度在53%~56%之间的水性醇酸树脂搭配碱土金属磺酸盐类缓蚀剂及主要成分为十二烷基苯磺酸钠的油污乳化剂设计配方,开发了一种用于大型钢结构前处理的水性醇酸防锈漆,实现了涂料润湿性、施工性、干燥性、防腐性、耐水性各性能的平衡,并已实现产业化。
