Abstract: The coating is one of the sources which might release TvoC total volatile organic compound)and pollute the indoor air. Nowadays waterborne interior wall coatings is the development tend of the interior wall coating. The TVOC emissions of the waterborne interior wall coatings need to be investigated further and the evaluating time point is also to be determined. In this paper, the major commercialized waterborne interior coatings have been tested and investigated in terms of the TVOC emission level. The TVOC emission performance of waterborne interior wall coatings comprising different film-forming agents has been studied. Different laboratories are used to study the relationship between TVOC emission and release time so as to determine the best evaluating time by the method of environmental test chamber.

摘要： 涂料涂刷后释放的总挥发性有机物( TVOC) 是造成室内空气污染的原因之一，水性内墙涂料作为内墙涂料行业发展的趋势和方向，其 TVOC 的释放有待研究，检测时的评价时间点也有待确定。本研究对市场上主要水性内墙涂料产品进行 TVOC 释放量测定，考察其 TVOC 释放水平;利用不同实验室的环境测试舱，研究添加不同成膜助剂水性涂料的 TVOC 释放特性;并通过对不同种类水性内墙涂料TVOC 释放量的研究，确定利用环境测试舱法评价水性内墙涂料 TVOC 释放量的最佳评价时间点。
