NORSOK M-501 Test Method for Heavy-Duty Anticorrosive Marine Coatings

海工重防腐涂料 NORSOK M-501试验方法介绍及结果讨论

Abstract: The test method of NORSOK M-501 for marine coatings has been briefly introduced in this paper. The test results of four coating systems are discussed. The test results show that the corrosion of NORSOK M-501 cyclic aging test is mainly characterized by crevice corrosion and physical action caused by temperature variation. The corrosion spreading rate caused by physical action is obviously higher than that by crevice corrosion. The cathodic products derived from cathodic protection can primarly result in the peeling of coating film. Cyclic aging and cathodic pee ling are the most important influential factors durng NORSOK M-501 test.

摘要: 简要介绍了海工重防腐涂料 NORSOK M-501 试验方法,讨论了 4 套不同配套涂层体系试验结果。 结果表明:循环老化腐蚀方式主要包括缝隙腐蚀和温变导致的物理作用,物理作用主导引起的腐蚀蔓延明显大于缝隙腐蚀;由于阴极保护而产生的阴极产物是引起涂层剥离主要因素;循环老化和阴极剥离是影响 NORSOK M-501 试验的最重要因素。
