Preparation and Characterization of Fluorine- Containing Silyl Crosslinked Acrylic Resins

含氟硅酯交联丙烯酸树脂的合成及性能表征

Abstract: An acrylate monomer containing fluorine and silicone group (FSMA)was synthesized by reaction of potassium methacrylate and dichloro(methyl)(3, 3, 3-trifluoropropyl)ilane. Then a fluorine-containing silyl crosslinked acrylic resin (FSAR) was prepared by free radical polymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA), butyl acrylate (BA)and FSMA as the basic monomers. The property of FSAR was characterized by FT-IR, TG-DSC and GPC meanwhile its water contact angle and self-polishing performance were investigated. The results showed that FSAR comprising FSMA 10% based on the total weight of monomers might give the number-average molecular weight 4 800 and the water contact angle 92. 30. The self-polishing rate was 0.2 μm/d at 3m/s at 28℃ in nature seawater, which was lower than the acrylic rμmesin without FSMA.

摘要: 通过三氟丙基甲基二氯硅烷与甲基丙烯酸钾反应,合成了氟硅烷基丙烯酸酯(FSMA),并通过自由基聚合法,将其与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)合成了含氟硅酯交联丙烯酸树脂(FSAR)。 利用傅里叶变换红外光谱、热重分析、凝胶渗透色谱分析等对树脂进行了表征;并通过水接触角测试仪测试了树脂的水接触角,利用旋转圆筒冲刷装置测试了自抛光性能。 结果显示:当FSMA 单体占总单体质量 10%时,FSAR 的数均相对分子质量约为4 800,水接触角为 92.3°。 其在28 ℃ 天然海水中 3 m/s 速度下的自抛光速率为 0.2 μm/d,对比丙烯酸树脂发现,FSMA 单体有助于降低树脂的自抛光速率。
