Abstract:
The pit corrosion occurs obviously on the surface of downhole tubing in Tahe oilfield as the workover is processing. In order to control the pit corrosion, the indoor and field evaluation test for anticorrosive coting have been carned out. Four types of coatings(e.g.,HY1, HY2, HY3 modified epoxy phenolic based coating and SY1 three-layer composite coating)are selected for the indoor autoclave experiment to simulate the working condition of the oilfield, and the adhesion, mechanical property and anticorrosion of the test samples are investigated. The experimental results show that the performance of the test samples meets the requirements of the relevant national standards. The 4 types of coatings are also applied to oil well pipeline system for 1year to investigate their anticorrosive performance. The result shows that the mechanical property of the said coatings decreases slightly, specifically, the film failure caused by blister on the surface of HY1, HY2 and SY1 is observed, whereas, no blister and peeling as well as pit corrosion occur on the surface of HY3, which indicates excellent adhesion and anticorrosive property.

摘要: 塔河油田井下油管在上提修井作业过程中观察到有明显的点蚀现象。 为了防止点蚀发生,需开展油管防腐涂层室内及现场评价试验。 本研究对筛选出的 HY1、HY2、HY3 改性环氧酚醛类及 SY1 三层复合 4种涂层进行模拟井下油管工况条件的室内高压釜实验,并对实验后 4 类涂层的附着力、力学性能及防腐性能进行评价,实验结果表明 4 类涂层的各项性能指标满足相关标准要求。 将 4类涂料应用于油田井下油管,试验周期为 1a,通过对试验后的涂层进行观察、测试及综合评价,4 种涂层力学性能略有下降,HY1、HY2 改性环氧酚醛类及 SY1 三层复合涂层发生鼓泡失效,只有 HY3 改性环氧酚醛类涂层未出现鼓泡、脱落现象,且涂层附着力性能良好,未发生油管点蚀,表现出很好的防腐效果。
